It started when one of my best mates was on the edge of quitting music entirely. Lost, unsupported, overwhelmed. I stepped in, organised his world, brought structure, helped him find confidence — and suddenly he was thriving again.
That moment made it obvious: there are so many artists in the same position. Talented but directionless. So I decided to take management seriously and build something real.
Artists need leadership, a safe environment, and someone who actually understands people, systems, and growth. Music just needed the same level of professionalism I already bring to my other businesses.
